What THREE words would you use to describe yourself?

“Creative, Curious, Comrade.”

How many years have you worked in the cannabis industry?

“Rounding out two years.”

How long have you worked at Hashtag in particular?

“Rounding out my two years here as well.”

What led to your decision to work in the cannabis industry?

“Cannabis for me was a benefit to my life and lifestyle, helping supplement my alcohol consumption in a big way. Helping others get curious about cannabis and its benefits for them is a big reason why I began my growth in the cannabis industry”.

Edibles!”

What's your SECOND favorite way to consume cannabis?

Vaping.”

What do you like to do when you use cannabis?

“I find creative outlets when I use cannabis: writing, recording, improvisation. When I want to be entertained, I'm a video game player of the PS4, Switch, and Twitter.”

What's your favorite part of working at Hashtag?

“The guests we help educate and the fun I have while doing it!”

In your opinion, what's the future of the cannabis industry look like?

“The future of cannabis, to me, feels like we will see segments in the market emerge for our "craft buds" and also bigger grows employing hundreds in local towns, giving an export to a local town's flavor.

Many aspects of the cannabis industry will become largely homogenized with the retail industry, and, as time goes on, I hope that our emerging industry props up consideration for its service people and their commitment to picking, processing, and destigmatizing cannabis.”
