Spending a Day in Redmond, Washington

 Have you ever been to Hashtag Redmond ? Today I am going to be letting you know how we like to spend a day in Redmond and enjoy the beautiful neighborhood ! 

Hashtag Redmond is nestled in a great location in old town Redmond, a historic part of the town. Just minutes away from Marymoor Park and many other beautiful parks, there are plenty of places to walk your dog, grab something to eat or drink, or just go on an adventure. 

We started our day by heading to Hashtag Redmond. With the help & recommendations from our lovely budtenders, we chose some pre rolls & beverages to bring with us on our day spent in Redmond.

Right down the street from Hashtag Redmond you’ll find one of my favorite pastry shops, Hoffman’s pastries. There are so many delicious options to choose from, and you truly can’t go wrong with any choice ! We grabbed some slices of cake and some danishes and cookies, & we were in our way ! 

We stopped by the iconic Marymoor Park for a picnic with our pastries ! There are plenty of benches and nice areas to sit and also to walk around in. If you have a dog, there is a great dog park and lots of places to play catch !

Afterwards we headed back to historic old town Redmond for a stroll through Half Price Books. This place is full of charm & endless books, magazines & puzzles.  We spent some time exploring and grabbed some last-minute holiday gifts. 

Just across the street is an amazing restaurant called the Matador. Not only do they have delicious food options, they also have some really tasty drinks ! We opted for some quesadillas, chips & salsa and some margaritas as well !  The atmosphere in the Matador is great, and the bartenders and wait staff were very kind .

Afterwards we were feeling a little full so we went for a stroll to see the light installations just a block away, & we reflected on the eventful and fun day we had.
